We are a 2-story wooden building. Relax and enjoy in our spacious mineral-rich baths. It will be a real treat after a busy day of your sightseeing!! All rooms are without bath. But some of our rooms are with toilet.

Pick-up at the Matsumoto station available between 3PM - 5PM, 7PM - 8PM. Please call us from Matsumoto tourist office at the station.

Breakfast is 840yen (Japanese) or 630yen (Western). Help yourself for juice and coffee for free. If you wish to order breakfast, please make sure to order it when you check-in.

Our facilities include public baths (separated for men and women), dining room, vending machine, PC for Internet, printer, fax and free parking.

Room amenities are include Yukata (Japanese cotton light robe), bath towel and face towels, soap,shampoo and hair conditioner, a Japanese tea set with a thermo pot, hair drier, tissue, alarm clock, air-conditioner and free Cable TV with many TV channels. An iron can be borrowed from front desk.

We are just 2 minute walk from Minami Asama bus stop. It is 12 min from Matsumoto Station. (Take Bus Line #2)

You can also take a taxi from Matsumoto Station that takes 10 minutes.

There is a bus terminal on the ground floor of the ESPA building.

The ESPA building is located opposite Matsumoto station on the right. Access to the bus terminal is through the ticket office and shopping centre in the basement of the ESPA building. Look for the stairs leading to the Number 2 bus. Get on the Number 2 bus

and get off at Minamiasama bus stop.

The ride takes about 15 minutes and costs 240yen each.

Please make sure you have the correct change,there is a machine that can change bigger notes or coins at the front of the bus. Put the fare into the machine next to the driver when you get off.

Once you get off the bus walk down the road about 20M and take the first right. Go straight about 30M and turn left at the river. You will find the blue and white the sign of Ryokan Seifu-so on your left.

Taxis are always waiting in front of Mastumoto station. Tell the driver minami-asama no metobagawa zoi no ryokan seifuso. The ride takes about 10minutes and costs 1300 to 1500yen.
