Arriving by bus you will arrive to CAXA (Central de Autobuses de Xalapa) bus station, taxi charges approximately 3 dollars. 5 minutes. You can say to the taxi driver we are near to the Casino Xalapeño and Casino Español and near to the Bank Banamex in the downtown.
