Sleeping:

There are 3 bedrooms. Xaviera's Happy House has a capacity up to 6 guest. Here you will find the type of beds:

Goliath: big room with king size bed, equipped with TV and has its own terrace.

David: normal room king size bed, or 2 single beds (let us know beforehand)

Romantic garden Chalet: king size bed, en suite bathroom

*Park your car at Xaviera's parking for 25 euro's a day, half the price of parking in town.

*If you need an airport pick up our private chauffeur can do this for 30 euro's per ride.

*If you feel like renting bikes , they can be rented at Xaviera's as well.

*Credit card number and expiry date may be required upon arrival.

***Please note the following: Not suitable for those with cat or dog allergies as there are pets in the house but not in the room. So bring your allergy pills please. The villa is full of erotic paintings, Private dinner and cocktail parties can be arranged with the Hostess and her chef, who also happens to be her own loving husband. Xaviera's specialty is communication so on request she will give combination dinners with lectures on 'how to become a better lover' ***

Our internationally trained staff will pamper you and see to your every need and James, the butler, is happy to act as chauffeur between the house and the airport for a minimal fee of 30 euros.
