NO GROUPS ACCEPTED, Max3 ppl/booking .This is a Homy and comfortable hostel in a very good location only few blocks away from Alexander Platz,Mauer Park (crazy flea market every Sunday) and the Berlin Wall.We’re also a few metro stops away from most of the famous sights in Berlin such as the Berlin Wall (on the East side of Gallery), check point Charlie and Brandenburg Gate

WARNING:

WE ARE LOCATED ON THE 3rd FLOOR OF A 2 WORLD WAR SURVIVAL 125 YEARS OLD BUILDING. THE FRONT DOOR AND THE ENTRANCE ARE COVERED WITH GRAFFITI AND MIGHT LOOK A BIT CREEPY BUT ONCE YOU REACH THE RECEPTION YOU WILL SEE THIS IS JUST LIKE A BAD SHAPED COVER OF A NICE BOOK.

*FROM June 20th THE BREAKFAST WILL BE FROM 7AM TO 1PM and will be charged EUR 1.00

*FROM July 20th THE BREAKFAST WILL BE CHARGED EUR 1.50 (applies only to bookings made after April 20th 2013)

Do you want to avoid massive hostels, big school groups and an impersonal atmosphere?

Do you want to meet other travelers in a chilled out place where you can Drink your own beer and cook your own food?

If so, you are more than welcome to stay with us, and should, due to the following reasons:

1 - We are a small hostel where it is easy to meet other travelers.

2 - We do not accept groups bigger than 3 people. We have the right to refuse any booking with more than 3 people.

3 - Very often we take our guest to some local bars or sometimes house parties so you have a high chance to find some hidden-to-tourists place.

We will refuse:

*Any arrival without booking. If you want to stay with us you must make a booking. For security reasons walk-ins will not be accepted. Contact us before arriving and you will be welcome to stay.

Booking Changes Policy:

If you want to reduce the number of people or the number of nights of your booking, it must be done AT THE LATEST 24 hours before your arrival, otherwise, the WHOLE AMOUNT OF THE BOOKING WILL BE CHARGED. In any reduction (of people or nights) case, the 10% deposit will be disregarded from the total price.

A different daily price may apply on a reduction of days.

BOOKINGS CANNOT BE REDUCED ONCE IT'S THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL.

NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

If you desire the booking of a bed for less than 3 nights the price charged might be different to the online price and will be informed by email upon your request. a 2 nights booking might be accepted depending on our availability. A 1 night booking WILL NOT accepted in any circumstances.

Booking Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must to send an email no later than 48 hours BEFORE your arrival day.

BOOKINGS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE IT'S THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL.

NO REFUNDS CAN BE PROVIDED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

In case of not showing up, the total of your booking will be charged to your credit card.

If you are booking for more than 1 person you will be responsible for each person's payment.

From MAIN TRAIN STATION (HBF)

Take Europa Platz exit and take bus 142 direction S Ostbahnhof. After 13 mins get off at the Rosa Luxemburg Platz and once you are out of the bus walk back from where the bus came from for about 150 meters (165 yards). Find us at Torstr 60 (3rd floor)(ring door bell ALOHA)

From SCHOENEFELD AIRPORT (SXF)

Go out of the Airport to the Schöenefeld train station, go to Platform 4, and take the RE7 or RE14 to any direction with connection with Alexander Platz station. Arriving at Alexander Platz follow the directions to U-Bahn (Metro) you will have to take the line 2 (U2-line red)direction Pankow and get off on the 1st station (Rosa Luxenburg Platz) take the exit of Tor Str. and turn left as you leave the station, walk for 150 metres (165 yards). TEGEL AIRPORT (TXL)

Take the Bus TXL direction city center, after 20 minutes you will be at the main train station (HBF) then you take the bus 142 direction S Ostbahnhof. After 10 minutes get off at the stop Rosa Luxemburg Platz and once you are out of the bus walk back from where the bus came from for about 150 meters (165 yards). BUS STATION (ZOB)

Follow the signs for the S-Bahn (Train),take the line S41 and get off at Schonhauser Allee station and change to line U2 direction Ruhleben or Potsdame Platz, get off at Rosa Luxemburg Platz.
