Hostel Sonia is the most affordable opportunity to live in the center of Moscow and is just a five-minute walk from the Kremlin and Red Square.

Hostel Sonia is an opportunity to spend the night in a clean bed, take a hot shower and have breakfast in the morning and meet and socialize with peers from around the world.

Our hostel is very popular not only among young people from abroad but also with Russian peers.

Sonia Hostel has a total of 28 beds available and is pleased to offer you a choice of 6 room types: 1 single rooms, an 12-bed, a 8-bed, a 6-bed room.

The rooms feature wooden bunk beds, individual lockers and tables. The double rooms feature a king size bed, chair, closet, desk.

Breakfast is not included in the cost of the accommodation.

When you step off the train, head right to exit the station Mayakovskaya (??????????), which will take you to a long escalator( going down). Don't be confused by the escalator going down- it will take you up after! There will be a notice in Russian saying: ????? ? ??????? 1-? ????????- ?????? ???. 1-? ???????? ??. 2-? ???????? ??. 3-? ???????? ??.

Please make sure you are not on the Square (no monument in front of you). If you are just get back inside the metro and get off at the right exit.

When you emerge, you’ll find yourself standing on Tverskaya street ( ????????). To your right is a French cafe called mOn. Take a right there, and walk 150-200 meters until you reach the crossroads of 1st Tverskoy ( 1-? ???????? ????????) and 4th Tverskaya (4-? ???????? - ?????? ??.).

Here you need to turn to the left, pass little white kiosk and walk 15 meters. To the right handside you will see a Yellow Buiding with the red (almost brown door). Walk 5 metres and its the 2nd Brown door on your right. To enter the hostel, you need to come to the red door and press 1key 1111. We are at apartment #2. We are around the little corner to the left and are the brown door.

Please do not knock on the door to the right- our neighbours are complaining!
