All apartments are superbly furnished and have everything you will need for a short or long term stay. Our 1 and 2 bed apartments have fully equipped kitchens, lounges and bathrooms with en suite facilities in the 2 bed apartments.

We have an on-site live in concierge who will meet, greet and help you with any needs you may have during your stay.

Check-in point is at Via della Vigna Nuova 9 from Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. For arrival out of office hours or during the weekend please contact us before you arrival day. Late check-in fee (later than 5pm) is Euro 200.00. A credit card is required at check in time to preauthorize the amount of Euro 200,00 as security deposit refundable at check out time unless damages.

On foot from the railway station will only take you 10 minutes. Out of Santa Maria Novella Station please take the underground tunnel that you will find on your left at the end of the platform. Walk to the end of the tunnel, this leads you to Santa Maria Novella square. Turn at the square and walk down Via delle belle Donne. At the end of Belle Donne Street please make a left and an immediate right onto via della Vigna Nuova. The street number is 9 in black colour.
