Lanta Lantern Guest House is an ideal budget hotel for budget leisure travelers and backpackers. Please the minimum ages of the guests should be over 15 years old due to the hotel policy. Our guest house built of wood on the edge of the sea.

Guests are expected to enjoy the sound of the crushing wave and relax environment. We have a cozy living room for everyone to enjoy reading, listen to the music or chit chat with other travelers. Our backyard has a fantastic view. In the clear weather day, you can see Phi Phi island and Lanta Noi in Panorama view which is unforgettable.

We provide 4 fan rooms and 3 a/c rooms. every rooms have a bathroom inside. There is no shared bathroom. every fan rooms has a queen size 5' double beds and every Air conditioned rooms have a king size 6' double beds. Shisha (hookah) bar, breakfast, lunch and fresh coffee are also available.

By car: Take Petchkasem Rd. and turn to Koh Lanta Rd. for 37 km. The car has to go to the car ferry two times, first is from the mainland to Koh Lanta Noi and second is from koh Lanta Noi to koh Lanta Yai. Lanta Lantern Guest House is in Saladan town of Koh Lanta Yai next to the Saladan Pier.

Private minibus service:

From Phuket start at Phuket bus station takes minibus 300-400Baht to koh Lanta. It takes time about 4 hrs and tell the driver to drop you off the Saladan Pier then walk left 2 minutes to Lanta Lantern Guest House.

From Trang start at Trang train station takes minibus 300-400Baht to koh Lanta. It takes time about 3 hrs and tell the driver to drop you off the Saladan Pier then walk left 2 minutes to Lanta Lantern Guest House.

From Krabi airport: contact at the tour counter service to book you a join minibus (300-400 baht/person) and wait for the minibus to pick you up about 1 hr. and it takes time 2 hrs to Koh Lanta and tell the driver to drop you off the Saladan Pier then walk left 2 minutes to Lanta Lantern Guest House.

Contact Lanta Lantern Guest House to pick you up by a taxi earlier 2 days before your arriving. Or contact the tour counter service at the airport to get a private taxi to koh Lanta and tell the driver to drop you off the Saladan Pier then walk left 2 minutes to Lanta Lantern Guest House.
