Antonella and Ivan welcome you to their lovely B&B in the heart of Rome!!

We are near the wonderful St Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel and Saint Angelo Castle. From here you can easily reach the entire city by foot, bus or metro. The nearest subway stop, 'Ottaviano San Pietro Musei Vaticani', is only a couple minutes walk away.

All of our rooms include a private bathroom (either en suite or next to the room) and access to the kitchen 24 hours a day. Our prices include: breakfast and free coffee and tea at any time, free computer and Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and heating, linen, towels, cleaning, VAT tax, a map of Rome ...and all our kindness and hospitality!

If you book a Superior Room you will get a 'suite' (independent apartment). The Superior 3 Bed is an apartment with a triple bedroom, sitting room, corner kitchen and bathroom; The Superior Double Bed is the same but with a double bedroom.
