gorcio11 We spent in Lagos great time in this cosy, very nice and clean Guesthouse. I can recomend it for all - great location, facilities, and good price. The only problem is - no possibility to park a car near the house - there is no place at all (it's located in old city center). But - you can find free parking place in about 300m. Vey nice atmosphere.

blueice_to just outside the city center, far enough to sleep well. the rooms are small, but the kitchen and the common rooms are good enough, and the house is cleaned at least once a day.
skyerockett Clean, great location, staff were friendly and really helpful. Not too noisy either! Highly recommend Gold Coast!

Lou-Lou M Couldn't rate this Guesthouse more. We're the kind of people who can either do hostels or four/five star and nothing in between, as at least you always know what you're getting with one or the other, but this place excelled our expectations. So very very clean and organised, and it felt more like an apartment in a self catering villa in town, than a hostel or guesthouse. Really good location: ten minutes walk to everything, and the room had a balcony, very comfortable beds, and the owners were superb. Definitely worth every cent we paid on the very very reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend that people take guesthouses in the centre of Lagos rather than any of the hotels or resorts surrounding it. They have far more character, more value for money, and you have exposure to more of the Lagos experience, rather than a character-less identikit hotel/resort on the outskirts of town. Thank you Lagos and LC's, we will definitely be back!

irena.cech We really enjoyed to stay in this apartment. We were very happy with the place and staff was very friendly and helpfull. They clean the apartment every day and I have to say it was spotless. We would really recomend it to everybody. It was in quiet place but just ten min walk from the nice beaches and tventy min walk to the historical town( if u dont enjoy walking u can take bus:)))
garlandsha If you don't like making new friends and having a couple of couple beverages then the Stumble Inn is not for you! However, if you looking for a place to stay in Lagos that immediately takes you in as a part of the family and shows you the Lagos ropes then this is definitely the place to stay. The Hostel has all the normal stuff you would expect, clean rooms and facilities and loads of extras like bbqs, personalised tours of where to drink and eat, sign up for tours and activities and even aloe for your sun burns! The Stumble Inn was a major part in our last vacation definitely being rated the best so far. A big thanks to all the crew there, but I personally think that the cat Meatball runs the whole show.

lloyd1018 The staff were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was the best I've encountered on the road. The good thing about the room was that it had a view of the marina. Not so good was the run down nature of the room. Rust at the base of the shower and a window shade that struggled to stay up. Worse than that was the fact that the room was very noisy. Noise from fellow guests and noise from revellers leaving bars at 04:00 AM. You get what you pay for but I think I'd pay a little more in future for something a bit better.
