mansizdori Friendly staff, good location, well-equipped kitchen, funky living room with DVD player, karaoke machine, PlayStation, smoking garden& 2 computers with Internet. However when we got back in the evening a guy was sleeping in my bed. (We could book beds in the 8 bed mixed dorm& one of the receptionists messed things up a bit.) It was sorted quite quickly, but if available I'd still prefer the double room next time.

aaronkaczmark We had a great stay at Casa dos Guindais. The place is centrally located, in walking distance to everything, but still wonderfully quiet. Alvaro, the owner, was friendly, professional and helpful in every way. The room -and the rest of the building- was beautiful and clean. We can definitely recommend a stay at Casa dos Guindais.

dianajas The location is just perfect. The reception very friendly. The rooms were noisy, but there can never be many neighbours. The breakfast was not very inspiring, but reasonable and at a great place.
