hannah.haddad I wish we stayed here for longer! the hostal is a gorgeous old portuguese house with a huge grand stair well down the middle. the rooms are airy, and the kitchen, living room and garden space downstairs are lovely too. Excellent location, but we could have done with better advise on directions and what to see.

mytychp Helpful staff. Bathrooms and kitchen cleaned everyday. Fresh jam, milk, rolls. Unlimited access to the internet. Room faced noisy street (bit of traffic).
mansizdori Friendly staff, good location, well-equipped kitchen, funky living room with DVD player, karaoke machine, PlayStation, smoking garden& 2 computers with Internet. However when we got back in the evening a guy was sleeping in my bed. (We could book beds in the 8 bed mixed dorm& one of the receptionists messed things up a bit.) It was sorted quite quickly, but if available I'd still prefer the double room next time.

vi.snja Oporto city hostel was a nice place to stay.. Nice and simple rooms, clean linen, nice bathroom, very friendly staff giving useful information - also recommended us a free guided tour which was excellent!!! Location is pretty good, though pretty uphill :) Would be just perfect if they served breakfast!! :)
ch.morgenthaler We stayed in Eden House in August and it was really great. Everybody was nice and welcoming. Our room was nice, large and clean. Breakfast and the things you can trink at the bar were good, too. Good-value for money. All in all, we really enjoyed staying at Eden House.
