RSSI stayed here in the low season (sept), so it was pretty quiet. However, i really enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast is one of the best I've had in Brazil, comes with the basics (eg diff types of bread, ham, cheese, coffee, tea,a couple of different cakes) but also with lots of fresh fruit, homemade jams, smoothies and juice. It's definitely more like a house, so don't expect state of the art facilities, but I liked it like that. They really try to make you feel as if you can use it like your own home. The staff were helpful & friendly, & I enjoyed the kayaking and cycling. They even made me a birthday cake for my birthday even though I was only there for 2 nights! They also occasionally do a dinner with all you can drink caipirinhas at a very reasonable price. Overall I had a good experience and would go there again. The place was clean, but sometimes you may have to remind them to pop into your bathroom etc. Also, beware of mosquitoes! Overall I had a really good time there and I'd go back, it's a place with a lot of character.
