Raglans Backpacker Central, a traditional heritage-style Aussie pub, is located in the centre of Adelaide - across from the Adelaide Bus Station, and a stone's throw from Central Markets, the shops of Rundle Mall and the nightlife of Hindley Street! You can also hire free bikes just across the road from the Hostel to help you explore more of Adelaide!

To help you enjoy your stay, and relax whilst in Adelaide our facilities include a great outdoor area that looks too good to be true, undercover and home to a pool table. If this isn't for you then you relax in front of an open fire or kick back on our upstairs verandah!

There is a fully equipped kitchen for guests to prepare their own meals, be it a quick snack or a hearty feast.

The bar onsite has more of a chill-out feel stocking a great range of South Australian beers and wines and the cheapest beer (pints) in all of Australia.

All our rooms are in a dorm format and include bunk beds; most rooms also include a sink to allow you to freshen up in the comfort of your own room.

We offer free linen and blankets for those colder nights.

Rooms are available in three sleeping configurations of 4, 6 and 10 beds.

From the Airport: You can take a taxi for $30. You can also get the Airport Transfer Bus which will drop you directly outside our door and will take around 20 minutes.

From Train Station: It's a 15-20 minute walk, and the easiest route is to exit to North Terrace and turn left towards King William Street. When the tram tracks turn right, follow them up King William Street, when you get to the post office turn right and we're 5 minutes along on the right. (Opposite bus station).
