The room was clean, the bed was nicely done. And the folks that rent the place were really nice. The location was great. Safe and close to the beach and restaurants. I thought this was going to be a private room at a small bed and breakfast though, but it was more like a room in a private apartment. And the place was little cramped. If you can overlook that, this could be a decent place to stay.

Located in the heart of Leblon, Rio´s most sophisticated and charming neighborhood, with the city´s best restaurants, cafés, and bookstores, Fatima invites you to stay at her tastefully decorated home. The house is a five-minute walk from one of Rio´s most famous beaches, 10 minutes from the beautiful Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas lagoon.

Bicycles are available for you to cruise up and down the beach and around the entire Southern Zone - including Ipanema and Copacabana. Fatima has extensive experience recieving guests and will make you feel at home in Rio. She also offers a delicious breakfast, and can tell you where to dine, bath, and have fun at night. Fatima´s background is in the arts, and she enjoys sharing Rio´s rich cultural history and resources with her guests.

Three bedrooms with are available to guests, full and queen sized beds with sumptuous sheets, towels, with a shared bath, wireless internet, and a full kitchen for your use. Fatima has a cat and an adorable yorkshire terrier.

A great place to relax and explore Rio from. Safe, clean and Fatima welcomes you as one of her family. I would throughly recommend it.
