The hotel “Os Manuéis” was built in 1952, in the historic center of city Évora, close to the main square (Praça do Giraldo) being at that time one of the best hotel’s to offer in the city.

The build shows the form of an interior hall from where we can see the pictures of the main monuments of the city of the painter José Pegado that well painted the architecture of Évora.

The Residencial “Os Manuéis” has fourteen rooms with private bathroom, with cable Television, with A.C, and with safety box, still have parking place. The decoration with the objective to achieve the comfort and well being of our clients.

Some historic traces of human occupation of Évora city since the superior paleolithic are known, and we can find hundreds of megalithic monuments around the city.

The Latin municipality was created in the year 59 B.C by the Roman Ceasar August with the name of “Liberalitas Julia”.

It was colonized by the Arabs during five centuries, and was conquered by Giraldo Sem Pavor in 1165 A.C and integrated in the kingdom of Portugal

The location of Residencial “Os Manuéis” is in the históric center of the city, about fifty meters of the principal square of the city (Praça do Giraldo).
