Welcome Rest is a Self-Catering Residential Hostel situated close to the mainline railway station in Plymouth. Self catering proves popular for those looking to minimise cost or with non standard stay periods (night shift, late ferries etc).

There are seventeen, clean and comfortable rooms, nine with showers. The rest of the facilities are communal to include toilets and bathing, kitchens, dining and lounge areas. Sky TV movies and sports are available in the lounge and the whole house is served by free Wi-Fi. The house is fully double glazed and centrally heated.

Welcome Rest is very close to the university and to the popular Mutley Plain and North Hill areas of the city. The famous Barbican is only ten minutes walk away. It is an ideal base to discover all that Plymouth has to offer as well as the delights of the Tamar Valley and Cornwall via the rail links on the doorstep.

1. Head southwest toward A386/Saltash Rd

2. Turn left at A386/Saltash Rd

3. Slight left at Saltash Rd

4. At N Cross Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto N Rd E

5. Turn right to stay on N Rd
