RSSWe booked air conditioning Comfort room with Garden view (extra charge)
Conditioner didn’t work. They offered to move me to a different room for an extra charge (30 euro per night). So we couldn’t stay in the room during the day, it was too hot outside and inside 30C. It was an unattractive view of an inner backyard with hanging sheets right outside of my window. The washroom door didn’t open from the inside (only the outside)
Dirty towels (washed but with black stains on them). There was no lift and we had to bring the suitcases up a very narrow stair case ourselves.
