We offer accommodation in three bedrooms with a total of eight beds. All the rooms have got air conditioning, TV and their bathrooms with shower or bathtub.

All rooms are equipped with central heating, spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms offer current warm water, one of the three rooms has a parquet floor.

You can watch TV in room or in our spacious breakfast and relax room. Stepping outside you have access to a vast garden. The apartment's large windows are provided with fly screens, parking space is available.

We offer B&B with Italian breakfast, with (during the right season) home made orange juice and grapefruit from our own garden (grown without using pesticides), honey and fruit from local providers as well as hand made deserts.

You are welcome to make your own afternoon coffee or tea whenever you like.

On site you will find organized excursions such as trekking-tours to Aspromonte, and enogastronomic routes to small villages rich in history and culture along the Ionian or Thyrrenian coast. You will be able to visit village feasts, concerts or open air cinema. We will be glad to help you make your reservation for mini tours by hydroplane to the Eolian islands, taxis as well as car, bike or scooter hiring.

For those who rent at least one week during summer we offer facilities for rooms, sunshade and lounge at the "Lido Comunale".

We will be glad to point out restaurants near the guesthouse where you can enjoy a good meal at a reasonable price.

Half board is available in restaurants not far form the guesthouse, offering also vegetarian and macrobiotic cooking at fixed prices.

You will find us in Reggio Calabria, in the heart of the city's "centro lavorativo direzionale", right behind the "CE.DIR." building (centro direzionale), near the Court and the Province's Administration Building "Palazzo della Provincia", in a well provided part of the city with bus lines, taxis, restaurants, pubs and fitness clubs.

Come and visit us in the second part of Via S. Anna, in Fondo Falcone 4 b. Turning into the street you will find a fish-tank shop on your right and a small statue of St. Mary behind glass on your left. Drive all the way to the end of the lane, without ever taking turns, just follow the signs.

Our B&B is located at the highway exit "Spirito Santo", in a turn-off right down the road. It is therefore easy to find if you come in from the airport or the central railway station, from the harbour or from Villa S.Giovanni, the important harbour where ferries from Sicily or the Eolian islands land.
