With a pleasant 5 - 15 minute walk to central park, 5th avenue shopping, the Empire State Building, the Rockefeller Center, Grand Central Station, Penn station, Port Authority Bus Terminal, and the world famous Broadway shows. CANCELLATION POLICY:

The 10% deposit is non-refundable. If guests fail to show up or did not CANCEL their reservation 48 hours prior to their arrival date, guests will get charged for the 1st night of the reservation! Please avoid this by letting us know ahead of time so we can CANCEL free of charge!

Times Square House offers both private rooms and dorm rooms. It's important to get your rest after a long day of exploring this amazing city, so we made sure our guests in every room get some of the industry's finest and most comfortable mattresses.

From JFK airport:

TAXI- $45 + $5.50 toll + tip.

Taxi's from JFK to any location in Manhattan is a flat rate, we are located between 39th and 40th street on 9th Ave.

EXPRESS BUS / AIRPORT BUS - $15.

Purchase tickets for the bus right out side the baggage claim area on the side walk. Bus will first stop at Grand Central Station, then Port Authority Bus Terminal. Get off at Port Authority (8th ave and 42nd street), then walk 5 mins to 9th Ave between 39th and 40th street.

AIRTRAIN / SUBWAY - $5 + $2.25.

Get on the Airtrain from your terminal and head towards Jamaica station where you will transfer onto the E train headed towards Manhattan. Get off the E train at the 42nd st station in Manhattan. Walk 5 mins from 42nd street and 8th ave to 9th ave between 39th and 40th street.
