In&Basic has the doors open to create a new family everyday!..We want you to be part of our family!!!!
The In&Basic has offers 8 rooms to choose from, Dorms and Private , cable TV, 4 Bathrooms with hot Shower, a fully equipped Kitchen for all guests, 3 Lounge Areas where you can relax, have a drink, listen to music, read books and magazines, BBQ area, play games Pool table Air Jockey or just chat with the other guests, use the free Wi-Fi Internet, free maps, free parking, free luggage storage, tourist info and guides, laundry service, free Coffee and Tea all day!
The breakfast is included!
Our reception is open 24 hours a day

RSSThe best youth hostel ever !
To sum up the hostel, it is very nice and clean. We stayed 3 nights, the first one was a shared bathroom and last were private room. Both rooms were spacious and mattresses comfortable which is not the case everywhere even in hotel. They have real hot showers (really, sometimes it's just bearly lukewarm...)
They have a quiet time policy starting from 11pm which we really enjoy. Most of the time, youth hostel tend to be really noisy and not the right place to get some good sleep.
The breakfast is based on fruits and pancakes which are nice and pretty filling!
There are two computers you can use for free and the wifi reception is good wherever you are in the hostel, does not need to go in the main room to get a connection...If you do not feel like going out and would rather stay to relax, there are a lot of things you can do around here, pool table, read a book in the backyard while sun-tanning, play some video games, watch tv, etc...
The pictures on the website are up-to-date and it is as nice as you can see maybe even more.
But the main plus of this hostel is the owners. They are lovely and so helpful.
They would be more than happy to help you with the planning of your trip if you ever come with no plans. They have a good knowledge of the country and will be able to direct you whatever budget you travel on. They did a wonderful job getting us a great deal for a car rental.We are a couple and usually try to stay away from hostel as much as possible. But this hostel feels like a hotel with the advantage of a hostel !
If we ever come back to Costa Rica and have to stay in San Jose, we will not trouble ourselves looking for another place because we have found the greatest place of all
It is a 5 star hotel priced backpacker ... amazing right? ... but it's true and this is the place. So I went, I saw and now know that is true. That's why I recommend it 100%! Roxy and Willy
A very unic hostel,look like a boutiq hostel,very clean,the stuff are very helpfull,i loved the hot shower,also i like the green zone with BBQ, we had a very nibe breakfast. also i want to recomand the location, near the supermatket,near to the best bars and resturante in the city....i realy recomended to all to pass to In&basic hostel.
The best Hostel i ever been, the best hot shower i had in all Latin America. good staff, best location, very clean and a wonderfull breakfast . Irealy engoy and had fun, pool table and Air Hockey Table ,also XBox games and t BBQ Area with A big Nice garden. I recomand all to have a good accomodation and feel like a king::::
A fantastic little place with a very helpful and accommodating landlady. I would definitely recommend anyone stay here.
