Casa Goichea is a colonial house built in 1930, which has a living area of 100 square meters, in good technical state, as well as being fully refurbished and painted, the overview is a good state.

We have 2 rooms for rent, the two are completely independent, but is common with the house entrance stairs, they are air conditioned, both have separate bathrooms with hot and cold water, both have a double bed, a fridge, television and telephone, and one of the rooms has a kitchen equipped with utensils, and guests have access to other areas of the house, such as terrace and balcony, the terrace has a grill and tables and chairs.

We offer 2 rooms for rent, they are air conditioned, each has a large double bed, TV, tables, chairs, both have windows, refrigerator, separate bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours, are completely independent, only have in common entrance staircase, and room No. 1 has a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, and guests can enjoy a beautiful terrace, equipped with tables and chairs, as well as grilled specialties

In order to get to Casa Goicochea from the Jose Marti International Airport, by car, you need to follow these instructions.

1) Get on the Carrretera de Murgas and head eastwards until you reach Avenue Rancho Boyeros.

2) Head north along Avenue Rancho Boyeros, which becomes Avenue de La Independencia.

3) You need to continue to head north along Avenue de La Independencia

4) Turn right at 19 de Mayo Road

5) Turn left at Calz de Ayestaran and continue you reach Bruzon Road

6) Turn left at Bruzon Road and continue until you reach the destination.

If you come by bus you need to get off at the National Bus Terminal, which is less than 10 minute away.

The National Bus Terminal is situated on 19 de Mayo Road. From here, you need to head eastwards along 19 de Mayo Road until you reach Calz de Ayestaran. Turn left at Calz de Ayestaran and walk until you reach Bruzon Road. Turn left at Bruzon Road and continue until you reach the destination.
