A telephone and fax machine for business purposes are in the apartment. You will have your clothes clean with the washing machine, dryer and Ironing equipment. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of which one is a family bathroom and the other is a shower room. There is one single bed, one double bed and two cots.A plus about renting this apartment is that you will avoid expensive parking bills and the trouble of finding a space for your car.
