Pousada Recanto Dos Passaros, which translates as \'The Nook of the Birds\' is a newly renovated holiday accommodation based in the beautiful country of Brazil. We are situated on the edge of the town of Lencois in over a hectare of terraced gardens with great views. It is just 10 minutes walk into the centre of Lencois.
Lencois is situated at the entrance to the Chapada Diamantina National Park, with its amazing opportunites for sight-seeing, trekking and exploring.
We offer six double rooms which are located in the grounds, each with private bathroom and veranda. Clean, quiet and set in over a hectare of terraced gardens, with great views across the wooded valley.
We also now offer a family apartment sleeping 5, and have plenty of space in the gardens for camping.

If you book between December 15th and March 15th you will be charged 50% in advance in order to secure your booking (non refundable), you may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking.

RSSLencois, to start out, is amazing. The small city is clean, welcoming, and surrounded by some gorgeous forrest and networks of waterfalls and rivers. I had been traveling for 6 months throughout South America, and can easily say this was one of my favorite places.
Although, I can also say that my time in Lencois wouldn't have been nearly as memorable had it not been for Recanto dos Passaros. This has easily been the best hostel I have stayed throughout my travels. The management, an English guy and his Brazilian wife treated us so well that by the time we left, we felt like we had been staying with parents of friends or relatives.
The Villa is right on the outskirts of town (which really is only a 5 or 10 minute walk to the center, it's a small town/city) and stays quiet at night. The rooms are newly constructed and comfortable, the breakfast is killer.
This place is awesome. I recommend it to anyone and everyone.
