Casa d' Calma is a secluded idyll on the unspoilt North coast of Goa. We offer beachfront cabanas at reasonable prices as well as luxury villas and with stylish living room furniture, deck chairs, kingsize beds, private bath with shower and refrigerator giving its guests a value for money getaway and its ideal for the much needed escape from the hustle and bustle. These are all situated in our 2 acre property with a beautiful quiet, less-crowded beach and friendly people yet still close to fine dining restaurants and shops.

The Beach Villa (Superior Villa): a split level bungalow roofed with Mangalore tiles where you can enjoy the view of the Arabian Sea from any one of the 6 double bed rooms that are generously sized and elegantly decorated. Each room has hot and cold water, own balcao or veranda furnished with comfortable chairs.

The Seabreeze Villa (Studio Villa): Single-level bungalow almost the same size as the Superior Villa having a bedroom with dining hall, attached bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a long balcao , all on the same level.

Cabanas are of 2 types. Type A: Single level huts of bamboo, wood and thatched roofs built at a height of 2 feet off the ground having a large bedroom with wardrobe, side table and a sit-out with table and chairs.

Attached bath & toilets available for the Type A cabanas.

Type B: Similar to Type A huts with seperate common bathrooms & toilets.

We have Gazebos for private get to gethers, yoga, Meditation or just relaxation.

90 sq mt Activity center with mini library and board games.

barbeque pits are available for those fun meals by the sea.

Our friendly staff will arrange for transport( cars/bikes on hire), reservation at various restaurants, tours around Goa, water sports, etc.
