Just some steps from the emblematic colonial sites of the old town like La Catedral church, parque de Ichimbía la Alameda, Plaza del Teatro and others. Caldas E1-38 y Pedro Fermín Cevallos, (Plaza San Blas) next to Banco Central del Ecuador.
