Alla Balduina, Roma, Itália

We are very close to the new Balduina Metro (Subway) Station, to the Historic Center and to all the tourist attractions (five metro stops to the Spanish steps). We are even very close, walking, to Zodiaco, where the Astronomic Observatory is, the place with the most beatiful panorama of Rome!!! And it's even the only place in Rome where you can find free parking for your car.

All the rooms have each one a big terrace with many beatiful flowers that we love and we personally care. The guests can stay in a very quiet (you can hear the birds singing when you wake up in the morning), very safe place, in an independent apartment with your separate entrance, with two big fashionably furnished double rooms (and a single room) with two very clean and very nice bath rooms all for them. And they stay at the same time like at their home, but in a very friendly, Italian family atmosphere.

Direct links to: Metro (Subway), Fiumicino and Ciampino Airports, Termini train station, public night and day bus network for all the strategical sites in Rome.

Check in: after 2.00 pm (Please advise about arrival time however if you arrive before that time it is possible to leave your luggage at our Guesthouse).
