In winter:

-If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.

-If cancelled up to 3 days before arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

-If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of reservation will be charged.

In summer:

-If cancelled up to 2 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.

-If cancelled or modified later or in case of no- show, the total price of reservation will be charged.

FROM 30th NOV 12: VISITOR\'S TAX (CHF 2.10 P.P./DAY AND CHF 1.05 P.CHILD/DAY) IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ROOM RATE AND NEEDS TO BE PAID SEPARATELY IN THE HOTEL.
