All the hosteria's installations are new and recently built. The "trapiche" has been restored using volcanic rock like the place where the sugarcane is processed. This is the reason for the hosteria's name and its main attractive feature.

It's an old building with more that 180 years old.

It's one of the most beautiful and quiest place, but closed to the main cities( 10 minutes walking from Baños city).
