Advantages:
- Very good reachable by car.
- Very close to the centre of Lucerne (10 Minutes).
- Rich breakfast buffet.

Disadvantages:
- Very less parking space. The hotel only ownes 3 parking places and the parking fee everywhere in the city is high (20.- Fr./24 hours).
- The internet isn´t included and didn´t work for 24 hours.

I've stayed here often (over the past several years). Its about a 10-15 minute walk from the Luzern Hbf (main station); the #2 bus line stops about 2 blocks away. The buffet breakfast has lots of nice items, eggs, cereal, ham, juices, cheese, yogurt, coffee/tea, breads, croissants. The rooms are clean, the furnishings are minimal (but if one only sleeps in the room--so what!), and all rooms have private bath/shower and toilet. The TV stations are mainly in German, French or Italian, but they have 3 English language news stations. The big plus is the price--considerably lower than most other hotels in Luzern and much much cheaper than Zurich. There is twice an hour train service to Zurich airport, the xx:10 train goes directly to the airport (no change in Zurich) and takes about 70 minutes. The staff is very friendly.
