Проживали 2 семейными парами в течении 3 дней. Отдых соответствовал ожиданиям. Несомненным плюсом являлось удобное месторасположения- 10 минут пешком до Кёльнского собора. Хозяева доброжелательны, приветливы , Виктор очень хорошо говорит по- русски. Завтраки очень обильны и разнообразны.

Отличное местоположение: даже не пришлось использовать общественный транспорт, потому что все очень близко, в том числе и вокзал. Приветливый хозяин: Виктор всегда был готов оказать помощь и ответить на все интересующие вопросы (и он говорит по-русски!). В комнате комфортно, есть все необходимое. Единственное неудобство - если кто-то займет туалетную комнату до того, как ее займете вы :-)

We jokingly called it 'our home' during our two days in Cologne and that says it all I think. After welcoming us, the owner left us alone with a filled fridge and breakfast for two days in the kitchen (there is a fine bakery across the road for pastries and pie!). The place is very clean, small but cosy with a modern interior and a very comfortable bed. It is very well located and perfect for a short stay in Cologne. There really isn't anything we were missing or that we were unhappy about.

Room and facilities were very clean en decorated with new furniture. The included breakfast was quite elaborate; toast, fresh rolls, eggs, fruit and cereal. The owners were very friendly, helpful and easy-going. Location on itself is nothing too special, but it's around the corner from the Neumarkt and it's public transport connections and a very short walk from the city centre.
All in all great value for a short basic stay in Cologne.

Highly recommended. The staying was absolutely supreme, the place is near to the U-bahn (underground) station and is really near to the shopping avenue, moreover ther are a lot of restaurant, diner and brewery/pub near the place. It's absolutely easy to reach and in less than 10 minutes you're already at the station. The staff was absolutely kind adn provide to give you everything you need at anytime. The structure was really clean and well treated. The breakfast was very good, they give you everything, tea, coffee, juice, yogurt, fresh bread, salami, cheese, milk, fresh fruit, etc... Everything you want. The price is cheap and absolutely great if you want to spend nice time in Koln without spend lot of money. Absolutely worth it. Recommended

Excellent place to stay in. Very budget valued. The host is very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is just fantastic and they have a great view from the kitchen. The location is great also, just 5 minutes walk to the nearest S-Bahn station. The place is clean and nice. Definitly would stay in there again.
