Great guest apartments with spacious double bed rooms with either ensuite or shared bathroom, these rooms are spacious with lots of light, comfortable bed, bedside tables, wi-fi.

Modernist style interior: high ceilings, parquet floors, large bathroom, large kitchen!!

Suitable for students, couples, business travelers, that want an affordable place to call home in the city centre.

Rooms: max 3 rooms per apartment so you will not be sharing with too many other tourists

Roof-top apartment:

If you book the apartment, please note that it is a roof-top apt that has no lift, so its 5 flights of stairs - not for the weak-kneed

The apt has a great kitchen, double bed room, sofa-bed in the living-room area, and a private sunny terrace with views across the city. It has a double bedroom + sofabed sleeps 3 (1 couple + extra person)

Casanova rooms have an amazingly central location next to Universitat, Plaça Catalunya, Las Ramblas. Airport bus stops are within 3-min walk, as is the metro l1, l2 and l3 (6mins)

Easygoing atmosphere - bright spacious friendly guest apartment. Only sharing with a few other tourists so great for couples or friends that want some private time.

These rooms are great for independent travellers that want to feel at home while visiting Barcelona, it’s a very relaxed atmosphere with space to chill out, check email, cook a nice meal... You can come and go as you please - we treat you like adults: no curfews or lock-out, but please take note: it’s NOT a party house.

There is a great kitchen, nice dining / lounge area + free internet / wi-fi.

Quiet Single Bedroom with Queen Size Bed ( Interior room )

New: rooftop studio apartment - perfect for couples or groups of 3/4, (1DBL room + sofa bed) please note: this apartment has a private sunny terrace. But it has no elevator and it is a 4th floor apartment. To book, choose the studio.

Please note:

1- Payment in cash, due in full on arrival

2- Check in is after 12:00 midday, you must call first to arrange check-in time!!

3- Arrivals after 22:00 there is a surcharge: please email us to arrange late check-in

4- Key security deposit required. It is 100% refundable and returned at check out.

5- Cancellations: + 48 hrs: no charge

6-if you book the Studio apartment; you need to place a security deposit (returned at check-out :: EUR150)

From BCN Airport, take the Aerobus to the 3rd Stop, Universitat see below:

From Estacio de Nord (Girona-Bcn Bus Stn):

Please call to arrange a check-in time from the Bus Terminal

Take the Red metro (L1) to the Universitat stop.

From Sants Estacio (Train Stn / Reus-Bcn Bus stn):

Please call to arrange a check-in time

Take the green metro line (L3) to Parallel and swap onto the purple line and continue on to Universitat.

From Plaça Universitat:

Walk down Ronda St Antoni until you see Carrer Sepulveda on your right (2 min. walk) then walk along the left hand-side until you reach the corner with Casanova (where the hairdressers is). If you have called in advance to arrange a check-in, you will be met outside the Hairdressers.

Please note:

1 - Payment in cash, due in full on arrival

2 - Check in is after 12:00 midday, unless you arrange an early check in by email

3 - For late arrivals there is a surcharge:

A. From 22:00 to 00:00 + 10 euros per room / +20 per Apt

B. After 00:00 (midnight) + 20 euros per room / +30 per Apt

C. After 02:00 (2AM) + 40 euros per room / Apt

4 - Cleaning Fee of 25 Euros per Apartment (only for Apartment Bookings).

5 - Key security deposit due on arrival. It is 100% refundable and Returned at check out.

6 - Cancellations: + 48hrs: no charge: less than 48 hrs before arrival: minimum-stay conditions apply
