О Hotel La Zorza
An authentic 17th century building which belonged to the 'Busseli' family, wine-makersof the 'Cinque Terre'.
This building was partially restructured at the beginning of the 20th century and the Liberty flooring, then laid has been recovered and partly re-laid in the now breakfast room and in one of the bedrooms of this small hotel. After buying and transforming the building, we, as a family (Germano-Raffellini) decided to name it 'Zorza by Duxi' to honour the vine cultivation which produces the 'sciacchetrà', white dry wine (a dessert and meditating wine);
Rooms have:air conditioned wih TV, sat, minifridge, phone and safe
'Zorza' infact is the name of our vineyard which dominates Riomaggiore and the sea. 'by Duxi' is tghe name of our first Locanda which is called 'Locanda Cà dei Duxi'. The Germano-Raffellini family wish you a pleasant stay in the 'Cinque Terre'.

BASIC ROOM DESCRIPTION
Simple with small window and no view, but newly refurbished on the ground floor with air conditioning and private bath, and steps away from all the restaurants, shops and the sea.

I would definitely not reccomd staying here. The room was tiny, the only tiny window opened onto a stairwell. The room shook when the train passed, was not very clean and was expensive compared to other accommodation in Riomaggoire. The staff and hotel manager were extremely rude when we decided to leave after one night. Take my advice and book your accommodation through one of booking agencies in Riomaggoire - we did for the rest of our stay and got a much bigger apartment with kitchennette, and an amazing view for 20 euro less than the tiny room at Hotel La Zorza.

Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in the Cinque Terre. Had a fantastic time.
