So close to the beach (300 m) on the island Ciovo located in a quiet street like this, is more than just a good reason to spend your holidays here. The house is located above the main road on the hill, surrounded by greenery with sea view, and view over the islands Ciovo, Solta and Hvar.

The city Trogir (800 m), which has been included 1997 in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites, gives you the possibility to discover the 2800-year-old center. There is a variety of shops, restaurants and, for those who enjoy night life, bars and clubs. You can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, on the green market or fish market which are nearby.

Apartment 4 (+1): 2 double bed rooms, kitchen, dining/living room, bathroom, balcony with sea view, terrace and barbecue shared use.

Apartment 6 (+1): 3 double bed rooms, kitchen, dining/living room, 2 bathrooms, balcony with sea view, terrace and barbecue shared use.

All apartments have separate entrance, Clima and parking space in the yard.

Weekly change of bed linen and final cleaning on guest’s departure.

Tourist (residence) tax:

0.80 EUR per day and person

Children 12-18 age 50%
