Bann Kun Pra Guest house and Restaurant is a well preserved beautiful 100 years old teak house located in the World's Heritage site. With newly renovation completed in July 2010, we will bring you more comfort and delightful for your complete relaxation and bon appetite with Authentic Thai food.

Bann Kun Pra (Bann = House, Kun Pra = Lord). The treasured old home that rich in history and conveying a powerful sense of what life was like in a nearly vanished era, will offer you a tranquility and warm hospitality as the real Thai style in the old days.

As our guest, not only for the beguiling and invigorating you will find from here, you will become a part who can preserve Thailand’s remaining architectural treasures which rear to find.

Our location is so convenience to major transportation: train (just across the river by ferry) and bus station, and also close to world’s heritage historical park. The house consists of two main buildings: river side building and small building. We offer you 8 bedrooms and 2 dorms with different characteristic in each room.

Our house open from 7:00 AM till 12.00 PM (late entry by appointment) for the safety of our guests.

The river side building locates the restaurant on down stair. Five unique and antique decorated guest rooms are up-stair. The house has the balcony faces to the river for your leisure time. Room # 1, 3, 4 are river view queen sized bed. Room #2 has double queen size bed. The room #5 is inner court view. Two dormitories (male and female are located on the upper floor of the center of the house with 4 single beds in each room.

Room No. 1-5 and dorms are fan bedrooms type with shared bathrooms (4 rooms) with hot showers.

The smaller house (newly renovated: completed July 2010) has three private river view bedrooms with A/C and private bathroom with hot shower. All rooms in this building has large river view balcony or river view private garden.

By Train: Take off Ayutthaya station and use ferry to Ayutthaya. Turn left on the main road and walk around 100 m., our house is on your left hand side right in the intersection.

By Bus: Get yourself to Jao Phrom market on U Thong Rd. Turn right, and walk around 150 m., our house is on your left hand side right in the intersection.
