О Golden Maple Leaf Hostel
Our mission is to provide comfortable, secure, clean and spacious accommodation to budget traveler. Golden Maple Leaf Hostel is a newly renovated hostel in 2010 and located in Tsim Sha Tsui district, the most central and lively area of Hong Kong: The Vicotoria harbor is just across the street.
You can have a bite at one of the many cozy restaurants just around the block. Various supermarkets, 24 hour convenience shops and a genuine South Asian market can be found on the same block too. We're within easy reach of theatres, the museum district and many major shopping areas.
Rooms
Rooms at Golden Maple Leaf Hostel have single beds, double beds, triple room and family rooms. Soap, towels, Hairdryer and daily housekeeping are included. Internet service is available for free of charge.

We are directly opposite the MTR's(subway) Tsim Sha Tsui station Exit C1, KCR (train)Kowloon Tsim Sha Tsui station Exit K, Airport Bus No. A21 is right on the Hostel's doorstep.
Transportation: Hong Kong Chek Lao Kok International Airport is Just a 45-minute drive away
- Bus No. A21 is right on the Hostel's doorstep. The bus stop is located in the Imperial Hotel/Middle Road. You can walk back to the Chung King Mansion only one minute.
Airport A21 Airport Shuttle:
Service from 06:30 to 23:00 leaves approximately every 15mins with a traveling time of 45 minutes. Costs are 33HKD for each person (N21 Airport Shuttle for LATE NIGHT ARRIVALS: service from 00:20 to 05:00).
By bus:
From Hong Kong Airport – you need to take the A21Airport Shuttle. It costs 33.00 HKD per person.
By Train:
KCR Kowloon Station of Tsim Sha Tsui(Exit K - From China to Hong Kong.
Airport Express
- Please exit at the Kowloon Station and change to the free airport shuttle bus K2 to the Sheraton Hotel/Middle Road near the Chung King Mansion. It cost 90.00 HKD per person.
By MTR (Mass Transit Railway):
Stop at TST station (Tsim Sha Tsui), and use exit C1
By Taxi:
24 hours service, your journey will take about 30 minutes. Please tell the driver to stop at Chung King Mansion, Tsim Sha Tsui.It costs around 250.00 HKD.

Price was a little high,.. but that is because right now the Canton Fair is on,.. and they all jack up proices,.. though they are not as high as some others, so pretty good for that. Also, service was great, very helpful staff. Kept it very clean and just felt better than some of the other hostels in Chungking, where it feels a bit grotty at times. No such feeling.
So,..easily recommended. Will try to stay here if have to come to Chungking again,...

Golden Maple Leaf is a good place to stay. Though rooms are small, they are very clean. They do housekeeping everyday, cleaning the rooms and bathrooms. Has wi-fi, free clean hot/cold water to drink and security is not an issue. Friendly and helpful staff too.

I only stayed for one night, but I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and how helpful the manager was. The Wi-Fi in one part the hostel was not working and he tried everything he could to get it operating. Unfortunately, it did not work, but he made the effort, so that counts for something.
I would certainly stay there again and hopefully the Wi-Fi will work next time.

The place was very clean, including the toilet. The space was small though but that is a given due to the space constraint in Hong Kong. The service was very good and the towels are also changed daily.
Highly recommended for people who prioritise cleanliness and can live with a small space.
