The house is in country side between Trapani and Marsala in Fontanasalsa Street.

This zone is easily to reaching, Birgi airport is distant 10 minutes by our home, the home is also near at the ingress to motorway A 29 Trapani-Palermo (1km) and there are only 8 km to Trapani’s seaport.

It's possible to have:

The rows apartments, that formed our house, there are in a piece of a ground enclosure by 1200mq. Each apartment is composed by a kitchen, a bathroom, a refrigerator and television. The house’s area is composed by two part, first where there are the garden with colors flowers and the car parking, and a second part where there are the barbecue zone and a piece of ground cultivated with orange, lemon and olive tree.

The owner of this house loves sea thus exist the possibility to concord excursions to Egadi islands and/or go fishing with his gummed boat.

The property has two apartments: one apartment with 3 rooms with bathroom for 9 beds and one apartment with 2 rooms for 5 beds.

The house is situated in a big area from 1200 ms, with area for parking car, big garden with olives, lemon and orange plants, grapes and other fruits. Two barbecues are in garden for cooking in open space.

It's possible to have a swimming pool for children.

A big terrazzo panoramic view on Egadi Islands of 50 ms is in the middle between apartments.

6. Take exit Marsala toward Strada Marsala in Località Fontanasalsa/SS115

7. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Marsala/Fontanasalsa and merge onto

Strada Marsala in Località Fontanasalsa/SS115

8. Turn right at Strada Falconara (signs for Marausa) - Destination will be on the right
