Comfortable and modern apartment in the Berlin's district Charlottenburg. Villy-Berlin is situated in a quite and central area, close to the river Spree, the historical City Hall of Charlottenburg, Charlottenburg Palace, ICC Messe Berlin, Deutsche Oper, Kurfuerstendamm (Ku'damm) boulevard, KaDeWe, Technical University, Berlin Zoo and the Tiergarten district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find some big supermarkets, bakery and restaurants.

Villy-Berlin is a 45 square metre apartment. There is a living room, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. The apartment was completely refurinshed with new furniture in January 2011. There is a comfortable sofa bed (240x150) for two people and one double bed (200x160), cable TV, and a comfortable dining table which invites guests to enjoy a romantic candlelight dinner. Being fully-equipped, the apartment represents a great alternative for travelers who want to have a pleasant and worry-free stay in Berlin.

Wireless internet connection can be used free of charge.

Villy-Berlin is 1-bedroom apartment where can sleep 1-4 people. There is a double bed (200x160 sm) in the bedroom and a large sofa-bed (240x150 sm) in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the guests can easily prepare all kinds of food.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower-cabin.

Bed-linen and towels are provided for every guest.

The location is especially enjoyable, as the bus stops and U-Bahn (metro) stations are within walking distance. In front of the building there is a bus stop (line 101) that will take you to the "Kurfuerstendamm boulevard" on "Oliver Platz". Only few minutes away is bus station M45 ("Berlin Zoo" or "Charlottenburg Palace"). Close to the apartment are two metro stations "Richard-Wagner-Platz" (line U7) and "Ernst-Reuter-Platz" (line U2). You can reach to Tegel airport easy with bus lines 109 and X9.
