О Casa Consell
Our fantastic brand-new guesthouse is designed to make your stay in Barcelona a pleasure and a memory to be treasured. Comfort and ease are the key factors that stand out, but not the only ones!
Our rooms are plush without being over-the-top. Decorated in autumnal colours with very comfortable beds and rooms of a decent size, they are all different in layout and feel luxurious.
Breakfast is included and our communal area and rooms have lovely mini balconies.
We are located in a very safe neighbourhood in the heart of the Eixample. We're right next door to the Paseo de Gracia which shows off the exquisite work of Gaudi in his buildings at Casa Batllo and the Pedrera. Only ten minutes stroll away is Gaudis marvellous unfinished Sagrada Familiar.
Check in: 2pm. If you arrive after 12 midnight you must pay a late check in fee of 25 euros.
Check out: 12pm
Cancellation policy is 48 hours before arrival; late cancellations and no shows will be charged the amount of the first night. Credit cards are not accepted, cash only accepted as payment upon arrival.
Groups are not accepted.

A very friendly and safe hostel, with everything you need to cook your own food, very modern facilities, lots of useful tourist information and a pretty good breakfast too (cereal, toast, cakes, croissants, coffee and tea). The bathroom was always exceptionally clean and the shower was very nice. The communal area is also good, with a computer and internet (Wifi in the bedrooms also works perfectly), sofa and small balcony with a table.
I'd stay here again!

In a city so vast as Barcelona, nothing is worth a charming place to get fresh ideas. Casa Consell combined all what we look for: ideal place in the heart of Barcelona, peace, well-kept decoration, cleanliness... And to finish owners so nice as accommodating if you have spot difficulties.
