8 Venado is a charmingly simple, inexpensive and greatly located hostel.

It is two blocks away from the surfing beach at the beautiful and hip part of town called "La Punta".

You can enjoy preparing your own food in the shared kitchen while you check your e-mails with the free wi-fi access. You can also relax on the hammock, the sofa or just admire the beautiful view from the roof.

We offer special prices per week, month or for groups.

We offer 3 rooms with one double bed each and a balcony, 2 rooms with a double bed and a single bed. All of them with, ceiling fan, private bathroom and shower. We also have a mixed dorm with 6 beds ensuite for those who want to spend less and don´t mind sharing.

From the "Terminal turística" bus station:you can take a taxi to "La Punta", they should charge between $30-$35 pesos. You can also take a public transportation or “colectivo”: ask where the market is (3 blocks away) and in 3 norte street you can catch a "colectivo that says "Zicatela" and you get of at Justo Salvador street. On your left you'll see miscelanea Rubí, you walk 10 mts. and you will find us on your left. You can also take any colectivo that goes to Colotepec, La Barra, El Tomatal and get off on the highway at the Miscelanea Ruby's, you walk 4 blocks until you get to Justo Salvador street.

Otra forma de llegar es tomando cualquier colectivo que vaya hacia Colotepec, La Barra, El Tomatal y sobre la carretera te bajas en la miscelánea Ruby’s y caminas 4 cuadras hasta llegar a la calle de Justo Salvador.
