Accomodation in one of the most ancient house of Riomaggiore, situated in the marina, one of the most characteristic spots of this ancient fisherman village.Directly overlooking the marina and the sea, the rooms, bright and cosy, can accommodate up to 3 and 4 persons. The 4 persons apartment 'La Terrazza' is also provided with 2 terraces, a fully equipped kitchen.The rooms has been recently renovated with eco-materials and restoring beautiful wood ceiling beams and a wood seafaring style staircase.Riomaggiore in a small village by the sea, lively in summer with its restaurants and small shops. It is well connected to the near city of La Spezia, only seven minutes by train or by car, through a panoramic coastal road 15 kilometres away from La Spezia.From our terraces you will enjoy a magic atmosphere and relax.Comfort and kindness are our pride.The small beach of stones, or the rocks where you can go swimming, are a few metres away from the house and also the centre of the village, where most of the restaurants and shops are, is very close to the house and you can reach it just climbing some steps. The train station is about 200 metres from the house and even closer if you walk through the carugi, narrow lanes made of stairs and houses maze. The car parking is out of the centre , at about 500 metres from the Marina, uphill. The centre of the village is, of course, closed to traffic but you can access it with your own car at specific times (from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 10am and from 1 pm to 3 pm) to allow luggage loading and unloading .Please note:Cancellation Policy: 3 days
