Rob and Z A nice family-run Pension. Friendly and helpful staff, provided us with a map and oriented us as soon as we arrived. Nice clean room with great bathroom and balcony. Hot water was playing up when we were there, but this was fixed before we left and overall the shower was fantastic. Wifi is a plus. We were in Algeciras only to catch the ferry to Tangier, Morocco, but ended up staying an extra night as we found the city and our accommodation so relaxing. The lack of a kitchen and common area was a let-down but the owner did mention renovating the property so that a kitchen could be put in in the future, which would be great. Would have been better if breakfast was included, but the hostel is within easy walking distance of a number of cafes anyway. Overall pretty good value given the limited accommodation options available to book online.
