sianrachel Had a fantastic time at Hostel One Paralelo, we stayed for two days and it was brilliant craic! recieved a very warm welcome, the people were great, the place was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful...even made dinner for us!! the staff also organise nights out for the guests and if ur lucky you might get free into clubs, queue jumping, etc etc!!! would definatley stay here again if ever back in barcelona! only thing i would say is dont bring a car, there are no parking spaces hardly anywhere near the hostel!!
vitova.ale Okay, we spent 2 nights in your hostel and it was really good. It is very cheap, in good place (near railway station, metro and city centre). They offer great breakfast and other. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was friendly and kindly and helped us with our problems or gave some advice to us. The only negative I found, it was a little bit noisy, especially in the morning. And we weren´t there in the season when hostel is full.

fhwill This was very simply the most perfect hostel I've ever stayed in! The staff were friendly, giving me detailed tourist info upon my arrival; the rooms were clean; the location good if you like a quieter hostel; facilities were fab; and I loved Frederico's Sangria on Tapas and Sangria night! I would STRONGLY recommend a trip to this hostel.

mehdi.benyahmed In a city so vast as Barcelona, nothing is worth a charming place to get fresh ideas. Casa Consell combined all what we look for: ideal place in the heart of Barcelona, peace, well-kept decoration, cleanliness... And to finish owners so nice as accommodating if you have spot difficulties. Thank you for everything and see you soon Francisco !!
linda.ly8 We stayed here for 4 nights, because we extended our stay by 2 more days. They were very accommodating. The wifi upstairs is pretty strong, extra bonus is that it's free with computers. The showers are very neat (compared to our last hostel in Paris - this was heaven!) and cleaned daily. The kitchen area is clean and neat - pretty much an Ikea catalogue. The walk though from the Aerobus from Pl. Catalunya is a somewhat walk though, but still reasonably within walking distance into the main city area. A recommended stay.
