chedino74 A special thanks for having spent four days really beautiful, in a very cozy and clean. The suite is very elegant with aprezzabili and finishes with a private bathroom just as nice and clean. None of what 'might have been expected dalll' appearance of the building that deserves a little restoration work. Aprezzabile location for those seeking a stay in Valencia for all sea and relaxation, while the center is a bit 'far, but it becomes very accessible directly using public transportation, bus No. 32 and 19 are thirty meters of accommodation and well 2 metro lines, 'the 4 and 6 are about 300 meters. Thank you again I count to come back very soon hello goodbye Un ringraziamento particolare per aver trascorso quattro giorni veramente splendidi,in un ambiente molto accogliente e pulito .

ellis.juli Really central hostel. Common room was great - everyone really friendly. The hostel has a great atmosphere! Could have done with a mirror in our room though...

anoniem This B&B was a nice place to stay but the room was very small and we only had one window and that made it very dark in our room. Allso, at night there was really a lot of noise. People were running around and screaming so loud that we woke up several times. We were suprised that the staff didn't do anything about that. The language was a big problem, especially in the cafetaria. We didn't speak Spanish and they didn't speak English, wich made conversation impossible. Overall we were satisfied with this B&B but more because of the low prices than the comfort of the B&B.

melly_1985 The cleanliness and location were great, we could easily walk to the old town from the b&b. However our room had no airconditioning, we were given a fan which had a timer so it turned off every two hours. My roommate and I were waking up every two hours to turn it back on as it was very hot throughout the night. Wifi was available for 2 euros/hr which I also found dissappointing, it was easier for me to turn on my international roaming for 2 pounds for the whole day. Although this is advertised as a b&b we were given tokens to claim our breakfast which wasnt in the building but approx 150m down the road in a cafe. The cafe had really good coffee though! After we checked out we were told there was no bag-minding facilities available but the friendly staff told us we could walk 500m down the road to the other b&b (owned by the same company) and store our luggage there, which was good!

antoniakre Very nice and helpfull staff. But it was very noisy. Kitchen only moderate clean, before you used the disches, they had to be rinsed. Conclusion: If you check in as a couple, you could even choose a smallhotel for the same price.
ops912 I stayed in one of their "other" houses. It was very pleasant, quiet and clean, with a full kitchen to prepare meals, free breakfast and a nice balcony. About 3 - 5 minutes to the beach. Even though I speak some Spanish it was a big help that the staff spoke fluent English. I can recommend this place for short- and long-term travellers.
