Notes:
1. Our reception counter is normally closed from 10.30pm to 7.30am the next morning. However, we will wait for you if you inform us earlier.
2. If your arrival time is between 12am to 7.30am, you are required to pay the room charges for the previous day. For example, you are required to pay the room charges for 1st December if you arrive at 5.30am, 2nd December.
3. Check-in time: 2pm. Early check-in is subject to room availability.

Best thing about this is the location - 5 minutes walk from a LRT station, 2 stops from the train station, and within walking distance of most things you'd want to go to. Free breakfast consisting of white bread and jam, but there are lots of cheap eating places nearby if you prefer. Wifi works well throughout the building. Plenty of showers/ toilets, never had to queue, and the air-conditioning is good too. Room was very small, had no natural daylight, and walls were VERY thin - fortunately I had quietish neighbours. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. His staff vary in quality from equally lovely to downright obstructive (though the owner did seek me out to apologise after obstructive man shouted at me for no reason). Probably the best value you're going to find if you're on a really tight budget.

good location centre of town but have to take train to all locations. the hostel is arranged over 5 floors with the common room on the top floor. (note no lift.) rooms are a good size walls paper thin and the bed unfortunately is not worth the price of the room the mattress springs are coming through and will give you an uneasy sleep.
the aircon in the room is good bedding not so good i recommend your own sleeping bag.
staff are quite helpful but only 1 member of staff can sell the drinks log you onto the internet etc if you dont have your own computer, and he takes breaks throughout the day so you have to plan around his times.
good info within the hostel posted in common room and helpful staff as i have said.
