Detta är en Pålitlig Recension. Varför?

It was a great place but I was very dissapointed with the lack of communication between the hotel and travellers point . I booked the place because it advertised complimentary transfers, however when I rang the hotel from Bali where I spent the first leg of my holiday, I was told that midnight or not, I could not have a complimentary transfer unless I contacted travellers point. As I would not have internet again that was impossible. I don't care if a hotel is advertised through a program such as travellers point. I only care if I want to use that hotel and what it can offer me.
I ended up taking the local bus and arriving at the hotel 4 hours later at 4 in the morning.
That is not good service.
If there is to be communication or recompense between Travellers point and the hotel than that is their business. Do not ask a travelling person at midnight to do something about it. Internet etc is not always available and I did not look up travellers point (nor do I know their contact details), I looked up cheap hotels in KL.
I do not wish to be hassled by whatever arrangements these 2 companies Tr. Point and the hotel) have made, it is not my concern. I merely want to look up accommodation in my price range, for my dates and with my needs met, ie. internet, transfers, price, lock-up facilities, cafe's nearby etc.
The stay and the people were great but the promise of free transfers was not met there and back.
You owe me time, sleep and money.
