Backpacker`s Hostel Iquique, Iquique, Chile

We stayed two nights there, the toilet is not healthy, the shower and the bowl are in the same place.
The staff are useless, the first night at arrival, 5.30 a.m., the night receptionist started to play ping-pong with other guests around 6.00a.m., we paid for 4 hours of rest but he didn´t care, I had to down and remember to him about noise time, but the noise continued downstairs.
The following day I asked to the receptionist a few things but he knew nothing about my easy questions, the best was that he didn´t understand me, I tried in English and spanish, my mother tongue but was useless.
I asked to the night receptionist for a taxi to the following day to go to the bus station because I would leave early, he ensured me that it would be there at 7.30 , I didn´t have to be worried about that.
When I went down the following morning this guy was sleeping in the couch and I had to awake him, He stood up and he told me that the taxi would be there at 7:45 and what was my surprise, he hadn´t arranged it but first he started to look in the computer without succes my arrival date, and he told me that I had to pay more that the first receptionist told us at arrival, of course we refused to pay more, he started to call the taxi and the taxi never came, we had to run to the street and find out one by ourselves.
Never more in a HI, two times and two bad experiences. I think that this brand has deal with old hostels which only want money.

Nos alojamos dos noches allí, el inodoro no es saludable, la ducha y la taza se encuentran en el mismo lugar.
El personal es inútil, la primera noche a la llegada, 5.30 de la mañana, el recepcionista de noche comenzó a jugar al ping-pong con los otros huéspedes en torno a 06 a.m., pagamos por 4 horas de descanso, pero a él eso no le importaba, tuve que bajar y recordarle sobre las horas permitidas de ruido, pero el ruido siguió escaleras abajo.
Al día siguiente le pregunté al recepcionista un par de cosas, pero él no sabía nada acerca de mis preguntas fáciles, lo mejor era que él no me entendía, intenté en Inglés y español, mi lengua materna, pero fue inútil.
Por la noche le pregunté al recepcionista de noche por un taxi para el día siguiente para ir a la estación de autobuses porque iba a salir temprano, él me aseguró que estaría allí a las 7.30, que yo no tenía que preocuparse por eso.
Cuando bajé a la mañana siguiente este hombre estaba durmiendo en el sofá y tuve que despertarlo, se puso de pie y me dijo que el taxi estaría allí a las 7:45 y cuál fue mi sorpresa, él no lo había arreglado pero primero comenzó a buscar en el ordenador sin éxito de mi fecha de llegada, y me dijo que tenía que pagar más que lo que e primer recepcionista nos dijo a la llegada, por supuesto, nos negamos a pagar más, comenzó a llamar a un taxi y el taxi nunca llegó, tuvimos que correr a la calle y encontrar un por nosotros mismos.
Nunca más en un HI, dos veces y dos malas experiencias. Creo que esta marca tiene trato con los viejos albergues, que sólo quieren dinero.
