From the airport:

If you want to use a bus, from the airport you first need to take a shuttle bus to the centre of Guilin (25 CNY, please tell the driver you will get off close to train station ) or a taxi (about 100CNY). Then you must take another bus from the railway station or bus station to Yangshuo (15 CNY/person) and it takes 1.5 hours.

From the nearest train station in Guilin:

You can take a bus 1.5 hours (15 CNY/person), the latest leaving at 10pm. You can also take a boat on the Li River (but you must be in Guilin before 8:00am and you must book the boat ticket beforehand) and arrive in Yangshuo take five hours.
