Detta är en Pålitlig Recension. Varför?

While we were travelling through France, we stayed here two nights (both nights were booked in advance, unfortunately). One night on our way to Spain and another night while we were travelling in the opposite direction. The lady who runs (maybe owns? unsure) the Hotel is very kind and helpful, can speak some English, so that's good. They lock the doors at 11pm so arriving in the evening won't cause any problems. If you want to go out and arrive later, you will get a key for the front door to be able to get in. So the welcoming was nice, and it's close to the railway station and easy-to-find.
However, the rooms we tried were disappointing and did not even come close to the photos showing the property. We booked double rooms with shower. When you look at the rooms in dusk, without switching on the lights, they look great and individual. However, as soon as you look around, you feel like it wants to totally fall apart. Moreover, the room we got our second night were really stinky. Not like an old building like this feels usually, that's different. It was really smelly, the floor was bumpy and you could not close the window properly.
The top of the water-tank in the third floor toilet had no top so you needed to pull the lever inside the tank to pull the toilet off. For this price, this must not happen! The towels was clean, however we were unsure whether the bed was clean too.
