The staff was very friendly and welcoming, it was a fun place with chances of lots of interaction with other travellers. Another bonus was it being very close to the main street on Banff so everything was easy access. I can't say much about the beds, but for what I paid I wasn't expecting anything spectacular. They weren't that great, but for a few nights it was fine. The only thing I would complain about is the fact that no towels or anything in the room for drying your hands after you wash them, bathmats for the bathroom or any towels for personal use. It was lucky I brought my own or I would have had to go buy one. If you're looking for a cheap stay and don't mind roommates for a few days, it's a great spot!

poor breakfest,skip this have to make it myself,had fake fire alarm in the middle of the night,friendly ness at receptiondesk was poor not interested
