Getting to Valparaiso is quite easy. Due to its closeness to Santiago -115 kilometers- it is easily accessible overland. The trip lasts one and a half hours, and a large number of buses cover the route, making things easier. An alternative option is renting a car in Santiago and taking Ruta 68. You will get there faster.
